I recently met Elsie to photograph her newborn session in her parents’ home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When I was 38 weeks pregnant I received an email from her mom asking if I had anything open for a newborn session. I planned to stop working earlier in my pregnancy but I was feeling good and lifestyle newborn sessions are always so fun I couldn’t say no. I loved everything about this session! Their home was so awesome with such unique decor and I got to meet Elsie’s grandma and aunt. It is always so fun to capture a sweet, new baby with their grandparents! That is what is so great about lifestyle sessions, we can include the extended family! She was such an easy-going baby and made my job super easy. Plus, she had the cutest head of hair! It was such a pleasure and I am so excited they decided to do the first year package so I will get to document Elsie’s first year.
